Who we are

Avenora Limited (company number 17193308, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about it at hello@avenora.io.

What we collect

  • Details you send us by email, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
  • Contact and billing details for clients and suppliers, needed to deliver and invoice our services.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To reply to enquiries and discuss working together (legitimate interests).
  • To deliver services under a contract with you or your organisation (contract).
  • To keep financial and company records we are required to keep (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, banking and accounting providers, and only as far as they need it. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and financial records are kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email hello@avenora.io and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
